patricia O. When I placed my order, I chose the 2-3 day shipping option. I was unaware that it would take 7-10 days before my order was even sent out to me, making it not 2-3 days like I was expecting, but 12 days until I got my order. It would be nice to see something more prominent that states it will take 7-10 days before the order leaves the warehouse. If I had known that I would probably have chosen the cheaper shipping option. Not really a big deal since I was not on a deadline, but just would have been nice to know before I sent an email to customer service asking about my order. Other than that, I am very pleased with the order and price. I will definitely use your company again in the future.

I love copper and the deal to get the materials to make the bracelets while I am watching how to do it is a wonderful feature. When learning something new but not having what you need on hand is frustrating and may put off the learning experience.
