Karen R. 1. You offered me a $* gift certificate at 5:00 p.m. yesterday which I have STILL not received, even though your site says it has been sent to my inbox. I had items in my basket, waiting to check out for the coupon, and today some items were removed by you, presumably because they had sold out. 2. Your website has problems with the log-in process. It kept rejecting my password, and when I tried to reset it, I never received an email to do it. I had to recreate my account twice, just to purchase what I wanted (at full price) before the items sold out. I did not get to use my $* gift certificate because you never sent it. I've checked my inbox and my spam folders many times. This has NOT been a good shopping experience for me. I've spent about two hours total just to make a simple purchase, which I was tempted into doing by your broken promise of $* off my purchase. I'm not sure if I will be back to your site or not after this, and I sure can't recommend it to my friends as it stands now. Please let me know what you intend to do about these complaints. Thank you.
