Pauline B. The shipping to Canada is getting too expensive when you consider we have to pay exchange on the dollar on top of the order & the shipping. In addition to the shipping charge that was charged by Wirejewelry in the amount of $15.50 US and the Canadian exchange rate of $1.2927 on the entire order, there were more charges when I received it at my door. I was also charged GST (Goods & Services Tax $7.74), PST (Provincial Services Tax $10.84), and a Handling Fee of $9.95, totalling $28.53. This is not your concern I realize, but I wanted you to understand why you may not be receiving as many orders as you once did from Canadian jewellers & purchasers at Wire Jewelry. So to sum things up... an order of $138.69 from Wirejewelry now cost me $207.81, which is an additional $69.12. I don't know if this helps in any way or may just be too bad for me.

Chrissykay F. I believe your shipping prices are not consistent and ate to high when billing for specific items. I have placed a second order and on the second order the shipping cost was higher then the order total, due to the shipping charges for the free item, first order also had increased shipping because it was as free item, I don't believe that to be a good practice. Thank you
