Sue Z. I have recently had a problem of a faulty stone concluded after 4 mths. The reason I am ordering now is that the new lady was so helpful and refunded my money. I would like to double check the postage costs. Do you go on weight or the amount I spend? My main concern was the postage costs but was assured that I could use the cheapest rate. This was slower but that is fine by me. It cost about $30 which was cheaper than my last order which was about half as heavy. I am pleased with the help I received with the new person I dealt with. After showing the stone to the people in my silverwork class, many more are wanting to order, Thanyou VERY much.
