Denise F. The four star rating was only because I had a pricing question on the weekend. I submitted a ticket, but then tried to call the customer service line Monday morning. I was the first call in the queue, but after a fairly long wait wound up having to leave a voicemail. Over an hour later I finally got through on a live chat, and Debbie T took good care of me in a reasonable amount of time. The big hurry to get my question answered had to do with a promotion that ended by midnight Monday Feb 17.
