No O. Shipping for all orders but the last has been horrendous. Have had to call concerning all. In every case, the complete order was being held because "waiting on _____" (one item) to come in, per Customer Service. Have never had any company do this. You punish your customers due to you running out of inventory. Other companies ship all available items with statement indicating the back order will be shipped at a later time. Shipping for last order was much better but I need to see consistent shipping improvement before I would consider recommending to other jewelry artists again. I have learned to order well in advance of needing the items but new customers do not have the experience to do so. Have never had a phone call to confirm anything therefore, am not providing identifying data. No reason to be pegged as a trouble maker, for being honest, without justification.
