Laura Y. Overall, very good. However, to me, there are 2 downsides to your site. One is that irritating flap that keeps coming down trying to get me to "buy" the "free" CD, which is really $3.95. The other is that the shopping cart empties when the browser is closed... and if you have wire in the cart and put it in the wish list it comes up in there under every wire size in that category i.e. 22 gauge copper wire, not only comes up with every choice, but it also comes up again with that many sizes! So, I guess that's three things in all... Looking forward to receiving my order from you!
Cynthia C. When is gold club discount actually shown on order? I searched website and could not see information about when the consumer actually sees the discount . I am not sure I received it. The above was original comment- had not received a response even after enailing store directly. Saw it was given when order received. Why no response? It was only yesterday that I received the discount coupon promise with offer. It was too long a delay.
