denise N. Everything was easy, but I never could find a new rubber barrel on the site. The belts and grits arrived quite soon.
George D. I was very pleased with my wire selections, as always. The pineapple Jasper cabochons that i purchased were not really what I was expecting. The colors were a little muted but they will work well just the same. I only wish that the time between when I ordered something and it arrives was just a little shorter. I love this company though and would recommend them anytime.
AC L. The site is well-organized. However, there is generally insufficient information about product. E.g. You don't tell the size of mandrels or what gauge of metal tools will work on. These are important pieces of information for consumers! The video I received was very interesting, as is having a package of materials to play with to facilitate learning. However, the quality of some of the workmanship in the video was a bit less than I was expecting. Encouraging viewers not to care about this or deciding to treat a problem as a design element diminishes the art of metalsmithing for other artists and customers who do care.
