Phyllis S. My last order was delayed in shipping because you didn't have all the polishing cloths in stock I ordered. I really needed the pliers that was on that order but but didn't get them in a timely manner. You could have shipped all but the cloths then shipped the cloths when you could complete my order WITHOUT charging me extra shipping. That would have been great customer services.

Judy J. I was a little disappointed in that the texture hammer obviously was previously sold, used, repackaged, resold. The mandrel was also re-taped shut. I expect new, unused products when I pay full price. Also, the "Swarovski" I received was in a small plastic bag. The Swarovski I have purchased in the past come in a plastic box with a piece of foam rubber in it so the crystals don't knock together and chip. It is also labeled Swarovski. This is the first time an order has not been perfect.
