This design answers them by showing a different way to make a bail, with unique ways to shape and attach those extra wire lengths into the main design, in a 3-dimensional manner! Ginette U. I did not remember my username or password. The phone menu was only asking me for an extension number or to press star to hear the menu again. I tried "0" as it is often the case and it told me it did not exist. I then tried "1" and I got through to an agent promptly. Phone number should have no menu or a clear menu. Some people will notthink to dial "1" and you will lose customers. Once I got to the agent she was very nice and helped me get my account info and reset my password.
