Chrissykay X. I believe your shipping prices are not consistent and ate to high when billing for specific items. I have placed a second order and on the second order the shipping cost was higher then the order total, due to the shipping charges for the free item, first order also had increased shipping because it was as free item, I don't believe that to be a good practice.
