Deb V. I especially like the fact that unique and very useful tools are brought to my attention. The sliding hammer design is outstanding, and is especially useful, but I would have never known that such a tool existed had not wire jewelry.com sent email bringing this tool to my attention. I actually do not do wire work, but am more interested in sheet metal designs, and most of the tools that are advertised can easily be used for same. Prices are good on most items, and the tools themselves seem well made and durable. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this fine website!
Chris T. My issues regarding backstock or items being out of stock remain the same. Not only that but what was once a popular item the 4x13mm rectangle beads are no longer available here. I learned to make a specific bracelet on this site years ago and they had the beads, now I can't find them.

Denise H. The four star rating was only because I had a pricing question on the weekend. I submitted a ticket, but then tried to call the customer service line Monday morning. I was the first call in the queue, but after a fairly long wait wound up having to leave a voicemail. Over an hour later I finally got through on a live chat, and Debbie T took good care of me in a reasonable amount of time. The big hurry to get my question answered had to do with a promotion that ended by midnight Monday Feb 17.
