Judy I. I was a little disappointed in that the texture hammer obviously was previously sold, used, repackaged, resold. The mandrel was also re-taped shut. I expect new, unused products when I pay full price. Also, the "Swarovski" I received was in a small plastic bag. The Swarovski I have purchased in the past come in a plastic box with a piece of foam rubber in it so the crystals don't knock together and chip. It is also labeled Swarovski. This is the first time an order has not been perfect.
