Dennis X. I have been buying from this site for years and would be buying more but ever since they changed the software about 6-to 7 yrs ago I was a gold buyer. After the software upgrade they would never verify I was a gold member and I wrote many emails to you but never got but 1 response and it wasn't any help. Since then I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars elsewhere because they riped off my gold membership to me. All this happened to me before Judy started to run this site.
