Lisa Z. I don't like being forced into buying a "gold membership" to get a lower price. I would prefer an overall lower price for all customers. I understand why you do it, which is another reason I don't like it.
Kenna G. I find the shipping costs are high, at least higher than the other sites I use. This has been a deterrent in the past and I have cancelled some orders because of it. I did like the customer service I received however when I had to return an item. When there is a sale it is usually a good one and I have bought some sales items at excellent prices. However, overall, I find the regular prices to be higher than average.
