Kim U. I was excited to get the Ultimate Wire package as there were gauges and types of wire that I had not used before. The price was excellent. However, when I got my order, I only received two items that were actually listed on the product description. After contacting customer service, I only got a "sorry, we can change out wire without notification" (had not seen that on the email I got when ordering). Disappointed to say the least. I would return it but it would be like paying $15 to look at wire and nothing to show for it.

May T. Product always arrives quickly. On my last order one of the wires was mislabeled and I did not get the product I ordered but did not contact customer service because I could use the incorrect product. I would hope the company stands by their satisfaction guarantee.
