I was told I'd get a free set of wire pliers and the shipping was 4.95, but when it was done with the free pliers totally I got 3 things that did not weigh a lot and the shipping was more than 10.00? That shocked me it's like I really did buy the pliers. I'm a bit disappointed and I had to wait at least 15 min.-to 20min just to get updated and wait to pay. I had to pay over ten dollars for the shipping which I did not understand when it said on the site 4.95 for all shipping. I only ordered three objects, one 50 ft roll of copper 21guage wire and a free pair of pliers and a small string 8 inch string of 4mm Labradorite beads and it took a week to get here! I was pretty astonished over that issue. Other than that, though the overall experience was good.
